How It Works: Price Match Guarantee
If you find a lower price for the exact same flight within 24 hours of booking through www.airticketo.com, we will do our best to match the price or help you claim a refund for the difference. However, this policy is subject to the terms outlined below.
Price Match Conditions
To qualify for the Price Match Policy, there are certain conditions.
- The whole itinerary must be the same to get a refund for the fare difference (same airline, flight number, dates, class, and fare conditions).
- The Price Match Policy is only applicable if you find and notify us within 24 hours of booking through us. No fare difference will be refunded after this grace period.
- The low-fare itinerary must be available online (no promotional codes, memberships, or private offers).
Exceptions to Price Match Policy
The Price Match Policy is not applicable in certain circumstances, such as
- Special discounts from frequent traveler discounts, group discounts, credit card rewards, or loyalty programs
- Charter flights
- Fares affected by errors or currency differences
- After 24 hours of flight booking on www.airticketo.com
- Consolidated fares, vacation packages, and reward programs
How to Invoke a Price Match Request?
If you find a lower fare for the same itinerary on the competitor’s website, connect with us at support@airticketo.com as soon as possible. Provide the following information-
- Your booking reference number
- The full fare breakdown
- A screenshot or link showing the lower fare
After sharing the details, our agent will verify them. If you are eligible, we will refund the fare difference. Please be aware that we can dismiss your claim if the details are not verified.
