If you wish to cancel your booking, get in touch with our experts or visit our site. Submit all the necessary details, and confirm your flight cancellation easily. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. All cancellations are subject to the fare rules of your selected airline, which may include non-refundable fare conditions.
2. Airline-Initiated Cancellations
Sometimes, it's the airline that cancels your flights. If your booked flight is cancelled by the airline, you may be eligible for alternative flight arrangements or a full refund. AirTicketo will assist you in processing refund claims; however, the final decision lies with the airline or other service providers.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined based on the airline’s fare rules and refund policies. Some fares are non-refundable, while others may give partial refunds with applicable cancellation charges.
2. Refund Timeline
Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days by AirTicketo after confirmation from the airline. However, the total time to get a refund may vary depending on the airline and your payment provider (usually 1–2 billing cycles).
3. Service Fees
You may be charged a non-refundable service fee for processing cancellations or refund requests with AirTicketo. These fees are separate from any penalties or charges imposed by the airline.
No-Show Policy
The passenger will be counted as a no-show if he fails to board the flight without prior cancellation. No-shows are typically non-refundable as per airline policy, and AirTicketo cannot guarantee any reimbursement.
Acceptance of Refund Requests
We will accept refund requests only under certain conditions, such as-
- Your fare rules allow you to get a refund.
- Traveler has applied for a cancellation and refund with us.
- You are not a “no show” as no-shows are not eligible for any kind of refunds.
We will help you with the refund request; however, the final decision will be made by the airline or other service providers.
Change Requests
Flight changes (date, time, or route) are treated separately from cancellations and are also subject to airline-specific rules and fees. Get in touch with our customer service team to request assistance regarding any kind of modifications.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team. Once you raise a request, we will send you a confirmation email. This email is the acknowledgement of your cancellation and refund request, and doesn’t imply that you qualify for a refund.
